Industrial sawdust briquetting machine is also called biomass briquetting machine and pine wood extruder. This biomass briquetting machine is mainly used to extrude rice husks, sawdust, wood shavings and wood powder into solid rods with high density under high temperature and pressure conditions. The sawdust briquetting machine uses electric heating to pyrolyze the lignin in the raw materials. It makes the raw materials such as rice husks or sawdust stick together. In addition, the screw propeller inside the briquetting machine can squeeze the sawdust out of the forming mold to produce solid sawdust logs of various shapes.
