EPE Foam Sheet Coating Machine/Lamination Machine
The EPE Foam Sheet Coating/Lamination Machine is used for thermally laminating a layer of plastic film, aluminum film and other rolls on EPE foam sheets. And it has a function of embossing. One of the main components of EPE Foam Sheet Coating Machine is the roller, which usually remains hot through internally installed heating tubes. The heating tubes are usually connected to a circulating system and provided with heat through heat-conducting oil. The surface of roller may has 3mm or 5mm square heating grids to ensure even heat distribution. When the roller reaches an appropriate temperature, the PE film or PE layer on other packaging material will begin to soften and melt. At this time, EPE foam sheets or other substrates can be bonded with the film. In order to prevent the heated PE film from sticking to the surface of the roller, Teflon non-stick material is coated on the roller.
