Shipping Schedule:
We at Rainbow Link work hard to complete every purchase as soon as possible. Your order will be processed in 2 to 5 business days once the Non Refundable 60% deposit has been successfully credited to our account. Please be aware that weekends and public holidays are not included in this processing time. The expected lead time for delivery once your purchase has been processed is 35 to 60 days. Please be advised, nevertheless, that this timeline could change because of possible shipping and customs clearance delays. Unexpected events may occasionally cause the delivery window to stretch beyond the expected 35 to 60 days, even though we strive to follow the original delivery timetable. We will notify you of any anticipated delays at the initial order confirmation if there is high demand or other circumstances that result in extended shipment periods for specific items. As we strive to guarantee your item arrives as soon as possible, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Air Cargo Timeframes:

For air cargo shipments, the lead time for delivery is roughly 10 to 15 days from the date of the first payment. We will notify you of any possible delays at the initial order confirmation if there are situations where excessive demand may result in longer air cargo times for specific items. Manufacturing Time:

Exchanges and Returns:
Rainbow Link is dedicated to making sure you’re happy with every purchase. Under normal circumstances, refunds are not permitted because Rainbow Link is a pre-sale marketplace and all of our products are specially tailored for each customer. This return and exchange policy only applies if the goods is damaged or defective and was received by someone other than the customer. You have three working days from the date of shipment to notify Rainbow Link of any damaged or defective items you receive. Reporting issues on time will guarantee that your case is handled quickly for a refund or exchange. Unused items with proof of purchase are required for returns or exchanges. Please note that the cost of returning or exchanging products through local couriers will be borne by the buyer and we appreciate your attention to these guidelines, which help us provide the best service possible.
Storage Fees:
We respectfully ask that you pick up your products within seven days of your order arriving at our Midrand warehouse. Daily storage fees will be accumulated and applied to your account if you don’t comply. Please be aware that before your order can be released, the full amount of these storage fees must be paid. Rainbow Link maintains the right, at our discretion, to dispose of your order if it is not picked up within 30 days. We value your quick attention to this issue in order to prevent any further fees and guarantee that your order is handled smoothly.
Details of Local Delivery:
Please be aware that local delivery fees within South Africa are not included in the total sales order amount. The cost of local delivery will be charged individually when your order arrives at our warehouse. The precise product dimensions and the current third-party courier rates are used to calculate this extra fee. All outstanding amounts, including the courier quote, must be paid in full and cleared in Rainbow Link’s account before your purchase can be shipped. On Fridays, weekends, and public holidays, payments submitted after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day. After payment clearing, orders will then be shipped out in one to two business days.
